News: July Match Follow up

 The July DAP USPSA match is history. We had a tremendous turn out and a great, if somewhat long, match. There were 59 shooters including 10 in the new class. The match results have been sent to the members and I'll send them to the webmaster in the next day or so for posting on the site. The new classifications should be available shortly.
My thanks to everyone who set up stages, helped with the orientation class, ran the match and otherwise helped make it another good day at the range. I particularly want to thank those of you who did such a good job of breaking down the stages afterward and leaving the range in such a good condition.
To those of you who would like to get involved in the August match the time to speak up is now. Bays 1, 4 and 5 and the job of Registrar are already spoken for. We lack only someone to set up a classifier on Bay 2 and a design for Bay 3. In addition the jobs of Match Director and Scorekeeper are still open. Send me an email to get in on the action.
Congratulations to the winners and thanks again to those who helped.

PLATE RACKS

DAP Shooters,
Our plate racks are getting lots of use during practice sessions. Feel free to use them but, when you’re finished shooting, please remember to pull them back parallel to the bay walls. This will help keep the Law Enforcement clients who also use the range from being tempted to shoot at them. There are tow chains hanging on the racks to make it easier.

 Paul writes "The scores for then June 8th match have been posted in their usual location. At the request of several shooters, we have begun to supply all the break out score sheets in single zip file. Simply click on the "Download" link located on the match scores page."
